Another stylist ended up having to come over and FIX the mess the first stylist we were scheduled with had done to my daughters hair.
We decided on a certain one for her hair , the stylist agreed she could make it "similar" to the picture. And We didn't expect it to look exactly the same, but similar yes.
Had a mom and a special at the Village Spa both of us got her haircut and my mother not has more hair than she's had in the last 20 years it looks fantastic

This stylist appeared to have little experience in doing formal updo's. She kept combing and taking down my daughters hair. She would tease it, then comb it out. It was crazy!
I want to say Kelly provided GREAT customer service(stylist who fixed my daughters hair) and I am so happy she came over and offered to help fix my daughters hair!!
Made an appointment with stylist Lori 2 weeks ago to get my daughters hair done in an "updo" for homecoming. She has medium length layered hair.
The original stylist Lori, did only charge me $45 instead of the $65 -- so I can say they were fair.
Don't waste your time or $$ MONEY$$ getting an updo here.....
The stylist we were scheduled with originally, LORI, should have been competent enough to do her job.
I am sad to say , I will NEVER GO BACK TO VILLAGE SPA. I expected more from the reviews I read.

I tried this salon a few months ago and had a gentleman highlight my hair. It was not what I wanted, and it took another salon two different sittings to fix what had been done.
My daughters hair looked ALOT BETTER than it did when the original stylist did it , however, IT WAS NOT WHAT was asked for originally.
The second stylist Kelly, was professional and did the best she could to salvage my daughters hair AND our time.
